Stakeholders have 'skin in the game'
DAE is a gamification of the learning process. To play the learning game one needs first to identify the stakeholders. They are all those who have skin in the game in the learning process achieving its goal in the best possible way.
Of course, teachers and students of the class will hold stake. But stakeholders might also be companies interested in hiring the future students, or teachers of affine courses.
